DOG CONTROL/LICENSING ORDINANCE
Ordinance regulating the licensing and control of dogs in the township.
SMALL RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES - ANIMAL REGULATION
Regulating the number and types of animals which can be maintained on small residential properties.
RESIDENTIAL LOT SIZE - TOWN OF BLOOM
Establishes the minimum lot size required for residential housing; and procedures for obtaining exemption.
DRIVEWAY AND ROAD DRAINAGE ORDINANCE
Establishes standards and a permit system for driveways connecting to town roads. Also authorizes Town Board to ensure proper maintenance of drainage adjacent to town roads, and establishes procedures to recover costs for damage to town roads.
MOBILE HOMES, CAMPERS & MANUFACTURED HOMES - RESIDENTIAL USE
Governs the licensing, permitting and use of recreational mobile homes, campers, mobile homes or manufactured homes for residential use. Provides penalties for the unlicensed/unpermitted placement of such structures in the township.

JUNK, RUBBISH OR DEBRIS CONTROL ORDINANCE
An ordinance regulating the accumulation/storage of junk vehicles, junk farm machinery, rubbish and/or debris in the township.
